Brian Messerschmitt is currently the VP of Shopper & National Marketing for the Albertsons Companies. Brian is an accomplished industry leader with deep CPG roots and unparalleled experience in building brands and driving sales. During his 20 years at Procter & Gamble, he successfully guided Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams on several iconic brands, including Tide, Crest, Charmin, Pampers and top customers Walmart & Kroger. Brian's sustained track record spans building brands, leading winning organizations and delivering strong business results while creating brand equity in highly competitive categories, including 6 consecutive record P&L years. Prior to joining Albertsons, Brian led both the P&G Walmart Omni-channel Marketing (Walmart.com, Stores, & Online Grocery Pickup) and eCommerce Teams, delivering +1% increase in sales annually across a multi-billion dollar business with 60 brands in 11 categories.
